The Best Salsa Ever

We've been trying out a lot of new recipes here at the Rivir Ranch so we're going to start sharing some of delicious things we've made.

First up is the Pioneer Woman's recipe for the best salsa ever.



1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes with juice
2 cans (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes - one mild and one original
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup cilantro
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 whole lime juice
1 whole jalapeno, quarted and sliced thin (optional)

Combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice, cilantro and jalapeno in a blender or food processor. Pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you’d like.
